DeCon Residential Deconstruction and Demolition
Contracting for DeConstruction services for your demolition project gives you the opportunity to support Habitat Wake and avoid the destrutive approach of traditional "wrecking ball" demolition.
Habitat Wake DeConstruction Crews perform partial and full-house demolitions. This competitively-priced service includes the removal of usable, tax-deductible materials such as decks, hardwood floors, cabinets, plumbing hardware architectural elements, doors, windows and lumber. After deconstruction is complete, the crew will level the house and haul away all construction debris. For a full-house project, the crews remove all building debris down to the foundation. There is no service fee for whole house strip-outs on houses being demolished by conventional means.
All donations of materials are tax-deductible and will be sold in the Habitat ReStore where proceeds support Habitat Wake and the building of safe and affordable housing for those in need.
