DeCon Kitchen Cabinet Stripouts
Habitat's professionally trained deconstruction staff can strip out cabinets for approximately $300 a set, depending on size. Generally, tax-deductible cabinetry and acceptable appliances can be carefully removed and hauled away in half a day. The competive pricing and timetable helps you stick to a budget and stay on schedule.
To leave your house ready for remodeling, the crew will haul away debris and transport the donated cabinets to our warehouse. All donations of materials are tax-deductible and will be sold in the Habitat ReStore where proceeds support Habitat Wake and the building of safe and affordable housing for those in need.

Kitchen Cabinet Campaign '08
We're aiming to collect 40 pre-owned kitchen cabinet sets. The proceeds from selling them at our ReStore will fund the construction of an entire home built by Habitat. Are you remodeling? Then, we'd appreciate your donation. Call the Habitat Wake ReStore at 833-1999 x231 to make arrangements for us to remove the cabinets via our DeConstruction program or haul away the cabinets via our pick-up service.
Go Green for Good! Benefits to donating a kitchen cabinet set:
- Receive a receipt for tax deductions
- Divert usable materials from landfills
- Build homes and hope for families in Wake County
