Habitat Wake helps people of all ages realize their dream of homeownership. Anna and her sister, Vernese, lived together foryears before they were able to afford their own home. With support from Habitat Wake, they were able to make that dream a reality.

Now that Anna and Vernese own their own home, they can enjoy thepeace of mind that comes with homeownership. Sitting on her porch,Anna talked about how important her faith is in her life.
“I don’t know what God has in store for me, but whatever God has in store for me, I’ll have to live with it," Anna said. "I thank God every day for this house."
