Interested in seeing what a finished Habitat home looks like? Want to learn more about how to apply to become a Habitat homeowner? Join us on Saturday, October 26th in Selma for an open-house event! There will be free food, games and prizes, and our homeownership selection staff will be on site to explain the application process and show you the home.

Our community consistently tops the lists of best places to live. People and businesses are moving to the Triangle every day, making it one of the fastest growing regions in the country.
Because there’s such demand, housing costs are on the rise. Home prices are increasing at a faster rate than wage growth, putting strain on what families are able to afford.
Fiesta Build kicks off this Saturday
This Saturday, a coalition of Latino churches, organizations and individuals will swing hammers together in support of first-time Habitat home buyer Lissethe Nieves.
Hurricane Dorian Updates 9/6
We are keeping an eye on Hurricane Dorian as it makes its way up the coast -- please check back here for the most up-to-date info on closures for ReStores, construction sites and the administrative offices.
Please note, all build sites will be closed to volunteers Thursday, September 5th and Friday, September 6th. With heavy rains in the forecast, we want to err on the side of safety. We will resume a normal schedule on Saturday, September 7th.
